Green Technology is Future Innovation

In the last few months magazines have been filled with stories concerning new green tech electronic devices and innovations, companies selecting green options and green power plant. Most of the focus was grabbed by Facebook in the last month's campaign of going green under the tension of Greenpeace.

Today the limelight grabs something a lot smaller sized, a tiny step towards a tidy setting, a solar key-board. The very first document I check out in the newspaper criticized the fact that this is 20 years also late as we had solar personal digital assistants in the 80's and that solar key boards need to have been made a long time ago I point out much better late than never ever. Currently there are only 2 manufacturers supplying solar key boards.

Logitech provides a standalone solar keyboard and also right now there is Taiwan's AU Optronics with a solar keyboard that will be included into new generation note pads. Both of these items got hold of the attention of the tech globe as they exemplify the green motion in the IT industry, which is something we have been anticipating a very long time. Au Optronics even hinted a project including clean energy batteries, just what is that about and just how they arrange to do that is still a secret.

Maybe it resembles the Cola powered cell phone, however I expect it's not. Cola is too costly to be utilized as a battery, and it's not that healthy either. A small step like these get the focus of the world, quickly we will certainly be hearing about larger things going green and turning to clean power.

The ultimate objective, green modern technology around the world, but we are still behind on that idea as some business merely do not have the funds to go green and also the financial investments in to green innovation are still lacking. I claim, today a solar key-board, tomorrow a solar aircraft, so hurray for Logitech and also Au Optronics.
